These inflection points are often physically or emotionally painful and sometimes both. At the time we may feel like itโs the worst thing that could have ever happened but often It takes a certain amount of pain in order to provide the necessary Activation Energy to catalyze a change in our actions and behavior. ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ช๐ฉ ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฉ ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฃ ๐ค๐ช๐ง ๐๐ช๐ข๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐ค๐จ ๐ฌ๐ค๐ช๐ก๐๐ฃโ๐ฉ ๐๐ก๐ก๐ค๐ฌ ๐ช๐จ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐๐ ๐๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ ๐ค๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐๐๐๐ฃ๐๐. Weโd continue using our old habits to solve our new problems.
Looking back on our ๐๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ข๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ ย we see that it was those moments that allow us the opportunity to be who we are today. We wouldnโt have the new thoughts, habits and relationships we have today without it.
Seeing how our experiences can benefit others allows us to beย #gratefulย for our ๐๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ข๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ ย no matter how hard it may have been at the time. Getting out of our head and out of our own way is necessary to overcome this moment of inflection.
We form ๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ช๐ข๐๐ฃ ๐พ๐ค๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐จ when we share our painful experiences with someone who can relate and that allows us the opportunity to use the correct tool for the correct task.
