When we are feeling anxious,Fearful, Doubtful or agitated it is often because our Mind is living too far in the past or too far into future.
Pausing throughout our day isour tool that allows us the opportunity to check in with our thoughts in the present. Something as simple as deep breathes as we open doors, step out of cars, stand up after sitting builds the habit of pause.
Just as it is necessary to buildin rest in between reptations during exercise, it is necessary to build inpause during a series of decisions for the mind.
