When we buy a blue car we will begin to see more blue cars. This is not because there are more people buying blue cars, it is becasue our RAS allows us to become more aware of the blue cars around us.It doesn't discern from right or wrong or good or bad, it simply gives us more of what it thinks we want.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞. The RAS works to find reinforcing examples throughout our day that support our own internal narrative. How can we shift our perception and Mindset and start using our Reticular Activating System to our advantage?
